Here are some thoughts how to adjust your diet and have a more natural food intake. As a detoxification specialist I tend to suggest more raw food instead of processed.  But since it is not easy to brake a habit we are talking a 3 months rigid schedule to create a healthy habit, it might be wise to start slow and keep the new accomplishment.

Definition of Organic
