I was at a very difficult time in my life. My son had died after two years in a coma and six months later my husband died. I was now recovering from major back surgery. My sister came down from Ohio to care for me during my recovery. She told me her concerns with my mental and physical condition. Today I am healthy and active. I dropped 18 pounds by changing the way I eat and think of food. I no longer live to eat. I eat to live. At first there were some foods I did not like. That’s OK. There are plenty more on the list I did like. I certainly did not think I could drink larger amounts of water! I also used the excuse that processed foods are less expensive. Now I understand that with fresh vegetables, fruits and non processed meats I save on medical bills and clothing. I walk regularly and exercise as much as the 18 inch long titanium rods in my back will allow.
My large family lives hundreds some even thousands of miles away from Jacksonville , FL. Every one of them sees major changes in me when we get together or Skype. I look, feel and act much younger than my 73 years. I owe it all to the wonderful people at Advanced Healing Therapy.
